Blueberry Peanut Butter Easter Dog Treats

These dog treats are healthy, easy to make, and your dog will love them.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter (only ingredient is peanuts, does not have xylitol or sugars)

  • 1 cup of Organic Coconut Oil

  • ½ cup of Frozen Blueberries

Directions:

  1. Place silicone egg molds on cookie sheets so they are ready to be filled. A flat surface such as a cookie sheet or cutting board will make it easy to transport the silicone egg mold to the freezer.

  2. Spoon three to five frozen blueberries into each compartment of the egg mold.

  3. Combine the coconut oil and peanut butter in a microwave safe dish.

  4. Microwave for 1 minute on high, stirring every 20 seconds to ensure the coconut oil and peanut butter combine well. If needed, microwave for an additional 20 seconds until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.

  5. Once the heated mixture is ready, spoon it into the silicone egg molds. The mixture fit perfectly into two of the 8 Cavity Silicone Egg Molds found on Amazon.

  6. Place the filled tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours until the treats are frozen solid.

  7. The treats should easily pop out once they are fully frozen. Cut the eggs into smaller pieces to make it easier for your pomsky to enjoy. Store the treats in a container in the freezer so they do not get freezer burnt and maintain their cute shape.
