Return Policy

Pomsky Dog Blog LLC accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a refund minus taxes and fees. You must contact us and initiate the return within 14 days of the date ordered.

RETURN PROCESS:

·       Initiate a Return by emailing shop.pomskydogblog@gmail.com with the subject line “Return” and include your order number and reason for return in the body of the email.

·       The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

·       Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Never worn, no make-up stains, and no deodorant stains are allowed. Original tags must still be attached.

·       Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), the Pomsky Dog Blog LLC will refund the purchase amount to the method of payment that was used to place the original order. If the item does not pass return inspection you will not receive a refund.

·       Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

FINAL SALE RESTRICTIONS

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following are considered FINAL SALE items:

·       Custom orders

·       Items marked Final Sale

·       Personalized Items

·       Altered items (such as adding a name)

·       Items purchased during a holiday/seasonal sale (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Summer Sales, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)

·       Clearance Items

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELED ADFTER CHECKOUT.

DEFECTIVE ITEM PROCESS:

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will not longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email and be willing to answer questions about the item’s condition.
